Many people have a philosophy of what happened leading up to, during, and the aftermath of the American Revolution. Which was taught to us in High School or even grade school, but what if I told you that there is so much more to the story than what we learned in our history books? Would you believe that there is so much more than what we have read?

At first you might think to yourself that history books don’t lie to us, that might be true but as we have all learned over our adult lives or even as a high schooler, that there are truths that are omitted from what we are able to learn. Maybe the teachers and schools feel we shouldn’t know the full truth or that we aren’t ready to handle the grand scheme of what happened. Or it could be that they just felt that it wasn’t as important for us to learn it outside of dates and names.
